here are a few shots when i was invited onto channel fours light lunch programme (with mel and sue also ant and dec were the guests) with a pot noodle in about 1997 soon after this i lost confidence big style i dont think the two were related i just lapsed into depression it took a few years to get confident again now there is no stopping me
